It was very humbling to be so warmly received at my first Roleystone Markets on Sunday 14th June 2015.
In fact, it was my most successful stall in four years. I very much hope to be at the Roleystone Spring markets in September, as well as future ones.
Our family moved to the magnificent hills suburb of Roleystone just 12 months ago, and to be able to establish a local identity and presence in our new found community is very exciting.
We spent three long years on a roller coaster ride of moving houses, changing jobs and expanding our family, but it is fair to say that our family finally feels at home in our enchanted little cottage.
Very rare it is to find such a welcoming community, and it fills me with joy to think that I might be able to expand and share my passion and creations with these beautiful locals.
It is also exciting for me personally, as I voyage on a journey of rebirth and self discovery...who am I? It is time for me to break free from the restrictions of beginning and nurturing a young family, draw upon the experiences and wisdom, and emerge from the chrysalis as the mother and as a woman. Fiercely protecting her young, and confidently reaching for her dreams simultaneously!
Where better to start than HOME?
